WHY BANANA VINEGAR?
Banana vinegar is better than any other fruit-based vinegar because it has rich in potassium that is good for overall health. It also has features of boosting immune system, help digestion by regulating the bowel system, reduces blood pressure, help prevent anemia and ulcer, reduce menstrual pains and weight loss.
WHY ORGANIC?
The advent of massive synthetic and chemically injected condiments in the market such as the use of ascetic acid for vinegars. As per experts, Acetic acid can be a hazardous chemical if not used in a safe and appropriate manner. This liquid is highly corrosive to the skin and eyes and, because of this, must be handled with extreme care. Acetic acid can also be damaging to the internal organs if ingested or in the case of vapor inhalation. Now, imagine this chemical is added to water and “branded” as vinegar that’s consumed by many Filipinos, literally it is like throwing grenades everywhere that whoever will be hit was unlucky.
WHY SHIFT FROM SYNTHETIC TO ORGANIC?

Ecospirit in cooperation with the informal settler families along the port area created the idea to collect the banana over ripes instead and make it a livelihood for the poor residents in the area. Aside from helping the government clean the area, the banana over ripes will also become a source of income and create commercial value out of the supposedly wasted commodities from the shippers in Visayas and Mindanao. That was the birth of Warawara and Bananeros.
